Medios internacionales, ciudadanos y familiares de residentes en la zona compartieron las primeras imágenes de lo sucedido.

Al momento se desconoce la cantidad total de defunciones y heridos, pero se estima la cifra de los primeros ascienda a 30.

El Departamento de Defensa de EU confirmó la tragedia y señalaron que están indaganto en la tragedia.

A British defence source has said it is “highly likely” that Islamic State Khorasan was responsible for the suicide attacks outside Kabul airport, but "we haven't had any claim of responsibility yet", says Sky's @haynesdeborah .

این نخستین انفجار پس از به قدرت رسیدن طالبان در کابل است.
