Lanza Colgate pasta de dientes con tubo reciclable
La marca de cuidado bucal, Colgate lanzó ayer su pasta de dientes certificada para veganos, ya que tiene tubo reciclable.

“El primero de la industria”, la marca Colgate para consentir a sus clientes y cuidar el medio ambiente lanzó luego de cinco años en desarrollo su pasta de dientes con tubo reciclable.

El tubo contiene el mismo material con el que hacen las jarras de leche y está certificada para veganos. Smile for Good, nuevo tubo está hecho de polietileno de alta densidad.
“Colgate quiere hacer que los tubos sean parte de la economía circular al mantener este plástico productivo y eliminar el desperdicio” dijo Noel Wallace, presidente ejecutivo de Colgate-Palmolive en un comunicado.

La empresa señaló que tardó cinco años porque pensaba que podrían usar un tipo de plástico comúnmente reciclado de nombre “polietileno de alta densidad”, pero descubrieron que es apretarle para la pasta.
Las pasta de dientes también contiene componentes de fuentes naturales como glicerina, hecha de grasa animal. El 97% de los ingredientes son naturales y están certificados por la Vegan Society.
